Excellent English-speaking desk staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Shopping mall/train station within walking distance on cobblestone pavement. Quick transportation options to the airport. Great grocery store in the mall. Wonderful bright bathroom with magnifying mirror. Pateo Restaurant, recommended by staff, offers superb Portuguese cuisine menu.

I recently stayed at Olissippo Oriente for a few days while exploring the city. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to Oriente station. The station provided easy access to the metro, Sintra trains, and it was only 3 stops from the airport. The nearby shopping mall, Vasco de Gama, was a great convenience, with plenty of eateries and a large supermarket. Plus, there were a variety of restaurants by the river and the Ocenarium was very close. The breakfast had quality options, even though there wasn't a huge variety. The staff were professional and the bar at the entrance was nice as well.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. It is located in a new business district which was built for an important world exhibition a few years ago. The location is convenient as it is near the rail and metro stations, making it easy to access other parts of the city. The staff was polite and always helpful. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a safe, mini-bar, and soundproofed windows. The terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the greenery. What impressed us the most was the service; we had access to car hire, dry cleaning, 24-hour room service, laundry, and more. Finally, the leisure facilities such as the jacuzzi and fitness centre were a great way to unwind after a long day.

Families might find this venue particularly suitable due to the staff's willingness to help with any request.

Had an amazing New Year's stay at a hotel in Lisbon! the location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to transportation and services. the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were top notch - very professional and obliging. the room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. the breakfast buffet was second to none, with a delicious and plentiful spread of fresh food. We also enjoyed starting our day with a glass of sparkling wine, which was included in the breakfast. Convenient for attractions like the Altice Arena, Oceanarium, and casino, and also a short drive to the airport. Will definitely stay here again!
